Terms and Conditions for “Buy a Mazda and Win a 2nd Mazda” (Mazda CX-5 M-Hybrid) lucky draw

1st August 2024 till 22nd January 2025

1.0 PROMOTION

1.1 The " Buy a Mazda and Win a 2nd Mazda"(Mazda CX-5 M-Hybrid) promotion (the "Promotion") is organized by Trans Eurokars Pte Ltd ("Mazda") and comprises the lucky draw for the Grand Prize (as defined below) (the “Lucky Draw”) specified in these terms and conditions.

1.2 “Promotion Period” shall mean the period from 1st August 2024 till 22nd January 2025 (both dates inclusive) or such other period as may be determined by Mazda.

1.3 The Promotion, Lucky Draw and Promotion Period shall be subject to these terms and conditions, including any amendment or variation thereof (the “Promotion Terms”). Mazda reserves the right to amend or vary the Promotion, Lucky Draw, Promotion Period or Promotion Terms at any time without prior notice and any amendment or variation shall take effect immediately. These Promotion Terms shall take precedence in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other representations, terms or conditions contained in any documents or publicity collaterals related to the Promotion.

2.0 ELIGIBILITY

2.1 The Promotion is open to all natural persons aged 18 years and above, except:

2.1.1 Directors, officers, employees and agents of Trans Eurokars Pte Ltd, its subsidiaries and its

advertising, marketing and media agencies; and

2.1.2 Immediate family members of persons who fall within the class of persons referred to in Clause

2.1.1 above. “Immediate family members” shall mean spouses, children, parents, parents-in-law

and siblings;

2.2 Subject to Clause 2.1, Customers who purchase a Mazda car from Trans Eurokars Pte Ltd within the Promotion period (the “Customers”) will be eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.

2.3 Entry into the Lucky Draw shall constitute the Customer’s acceptance of the Promotion Terms.

2.4 Mazda reserves the right to disqualify any Lucky Draw entry that does not meet the Promotion Terms.

3.0 ALLOCATION OF CHANCES IN THE LUCKY DRAW

3.1 Each Customer shall be entitled to one chance for the Lucky Draw as follows:

4.0 METHOD OF LUCKY DRAW

4.1 Names of eligible Customers will be printed on cards, which will be inserted into a box and drawn at random via manual means by a representative of Mazda. The Lucky Draw will be conducted for the Grand Prize (as defined below).

5.0 LUCKY DRAW GRAND PRIZE

5.1 The following will be the prize for the Lucky Draw (the “Grand Prize”):

              One unit of Mazda CX-5 M-Hybrid Luxury without COE.

5.2 There will be 1 winner drawn for the Grand Prize (referred to in these Promotion Terms as the “Winner”).

5.3 The Winner may choose to exchange the Grand Prize for a cash amount to be determined by Mazda at Mazda’s sole discretion. The cash amount offered will be non-negotiable.

5.4 The Grand Prize or the cash amount (pursuant to Clause 5,3) shall be subject to any additional terms and conditions from Mazda.

6.0 LUCKY DRAW

6.1 The Lucky Draw will be held on 6 March 2025 (Thursday) between 2.00pm to 2.30 pm at the Mazda showroom at 5 Ubi Close Singapore 408605. The Lucky Draw will be conducted for the Grand Prize. Mazda reserves the right to change the location or timing of the Lucky Draw without prior notice.

6.2 The Winner will be notified by email and phone call. The results of the Lucky Draw will also be published on 11 March 2025 (Tuesday) at https://www.mazda.com.sg

6.3 The Winner shall present his or her proof of identity, such as NRIC or passport, for verification purpose of claiming the Grand Prize, in person at Mazda showroom at 5 Ubi Close.

6.4 The Winner must claim the Grand Prize within thirty (30) days of the date of Lucky Draw. The Grand Prize shall be forfeited without notice if it remains unclaimed after thirty (30) days from the date of the Lucky Draw, or if the Winner fails to provide any of the information (required pursuant to Clause 6.3) to enable the disbursement of the Grand Prize within thirty (30) days of the date of the Lucky Draw.

7 GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

7.1 Mazda’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion and/or Lucky Draw, including but not limited to the interpretation of the Promotion Terms and eligibility of Lucky Draw entries, shall be final, conclusive and binding. No further correspondence will be entertained.

7.2 Mazda, its authorised agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents (the “Indemnified Persons”) shall not be liable for any claim, injury, damage, loss (including special, indirect and consequential losses), cost, expense, inconvenience or disappointment suffered or incurred by the Customers arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, Lucky Draw or Grand Prize, howsoever occurring. Each entrant of the Lucky Draw agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Indemnified Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees on a full indemnity basis) arising from or in connection with damages, losses, costs or expenses suffered or incurred by the entrant as a result of or in relation to the Promotion, Lucky Draw or Grand Prize.7.3 By entering the Lucky Draw, each Customer consents to the collection, use, disclosure and processing of his or her personal data by Mazda, its related corporations and affiliates (collectively “Eurokars Group”) and their authorized service providers and relevant third parties, in accordance with the purposes set out in Mazda’s Data Protection Policy available at https://www.mazda.com.sg/legal or made available to the Customer upon request, in order to conduct the Promotion and the Lucky Draw.

7.4 The Promotion, Lucky Draw and these Promotion Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
