Terms and Conditions for “Fly High With Mazda” lucky draw

9th April 2025 till 31st May 2026

1.0 PROMOTION

1.1 The "Fly High With Mazda" promotion (the "Promotion") is organized by Trans Eurokars Pte Ltd ("Mazda") and comprises the lucky draw (the “Lucky Draw”) as set out in these terms and conditions.

1.2 "Promotion Period" shall mean the period from 9^th April 2025 till 31^st May 2026 (both dates inclusive) or such other period as may be determined by Mazda.

1.3 The Promotion, Lucky Draw and Promotion Period shall be subject to these terms and conditions, including any amendment or variation thereof (the "Promotion Terms"). Mazda reserves the right to amend or vary the Promotion, Lucky Draw, Promotion Period or Promotion Terms at any time without prior notice and any amendment or variation shall take effect immediately. These Promotion Terms shall take precedence in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other representations, terms or conditions contained in any documents or publicity collaterals related to the Promotion.

2.0 ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY

2.1 The Promotion is open to all natural persons aged 18 years and above, except:

2.1.1 Directors, officers, employees and agents of Trans Eurokars Pte Ltd, its subsidiaries and its advertising, marketing and media agencies; and

2.1.2 Immediate family members of persons who fall within the class of persons referred to in Clause 2.1.1 above. "Immediate family members" shall mean spouses, children, parents, parents-in-law and siblings.

2.2 Subject to Clause 2.1, customers who purchase a Mazda car from Trans Eurokars Pte Ltd within the Promotion Period (the "Customers" and each, a "Customer") will be eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw. For the purposes of these Promotion Terms, "purchase" of a Mazda car includes the signing of the relevant vehicle sales agreement, payment for the car in full and registration of the car with the Land Transport Authority (LTA).

2.3 Customers will be entered by Mazda into the Lucky Draw upon becoming eligible to participate, unless they indicate otherwise to Mazda. Entry into the Lucky Draw shall constitute the Customer’s acceptance of the Promotion Terms.

2.4 Mazda reserves the right to disqualify any Lucky Draw entry that does not meet the Promotion Terms.

3.0 LUCKY DRAW AND PRIZES

3.1 The Lucky Draw will consist of:

i) Four (4) draws conducted quarterly (the "Quarterly Draws", and each, a "Quarterly Draw"). One (1) winner will be chosen in each Quarterly Draw to receive the prize of a pair of business class tickets on Singapore Airlines to the destination set out below ("Quarterly Draw Prize"):

ii) One (1) draw for the Grand Prize (as defined below) ("Grand Prize Draw"). One (1) winner will be chosen in the Grand Prize Draw to receive the prize set out below (the "Grand Prize"):

3.2 Entry into the Lucky Draw entitles a Customer to one chance to enter the Quarterly Draw ongoing at the time he/she becomes eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw in order to win the  Quarterly Draw Prize. In the event that the Customer does not win the Quarterly Draw Prize for  that Quarterly Draw, the Customer will be automatically entered into the next Quarterly Draw (if  any), and to any subsequent Quarterly Draws if he/she does not win any Quarterly Draw Prize. If  there are no further Quarterly Draws to be conducted and the Customer has not won any Quarterly  Draw Prize, he/she will be automatically entered into the Grand Prize Draw for a chance to win the Grand Prize. 

3.3 Winners of the Quarterly Draw Prizes are not allowed to exchange their prize for cash, in  whole or in part. No payment or compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use his/her  prize. Any costs, fees or charges incurred for changes to travel dates, optional in-flight services and other similar items will be solely borne by the winner. 

3.4 The Grand Prize winner may choose to exchange the Grand Prize for a cash amount to be  determined by Mazda at Mazda’s sole discretion. The cash amount offered will be non-negotiable. 

3.5 The Grand Prize is not inclusive of: 

a. Certificate of Entitlement (COE) 

b. Vehicle Emissions Scheme (VES) surcharge, if applicable 

c. Servicing program  

d. Motor vehicle insurance  

e. Road tax  

f. IU or OBU installation, as may be applicable  

g. Number plates  

h. Goods and Services Tax (GST)  

i. Registration fee  

j. Any additional fittings, fixtures and accessories other than those provided by Mazda in its  sole discretion  

k. Other incidentals, etc. 

3.6 Mazda may at any time and without notice in its sole and absolute discretion, and without  assigning any reason, substitute any prize (whether a Quarterly Draw Prize or the Grand Prize)  with any other item of a similar value. 

3.7 Mazda makes no representation, warranty or undertaking whatsoever as to any implied terms  or conditions with respect to any prize. All prizes are provided on an “as-is” basis. The prizes may  be subject to additional terms and conditions, and the winners of such prizes agree to comply with  all additional terms and conditions applicable to their prize. 

4.0 CONDUCT OF LUCKY DRAW AND COLLECTION OF PRIZES 

4.1 For each Quarterly Draw and the Grand Prize Draw, names of eligible Customers will entered into an Excel file and drawn at random via electronic means by a representative of Mazda  witnessed by an external auditor who is not associated with Mazda or otherwise involved in the  conduct of the Lucky Draw. 

4.2 All Quarterly Draws and the Grand Prize Draw will be held at the Mazda showroom at 5 Ubi  Close, Singapore 408605, on the dates and at the times set out below: 

i) Quarterly Draw for a pair of business class air tickets to Tokyo: 9 September 2025  (Tuesday) between 3.30pm to 4.00pm 

ii) Quarterly Draw for a pair of business class air tickets to Osaka: 9 December 2025  (Tuesday) between 3.30pm to 4.00pm 

iii) Quarterly Draw for a pair of business class air tickets to Sapporo: 10 March 2026  (Tuesday) between 3.30pm to 4.00pm 

iv) Quarterly Draw for a pair of business class air tickets to Fukuoka: 9 June 2026 (Thursday)  between 3.30pm to 4.00pm

v) Grand Prize Draw: 9 June 2026 (Thursday) between 3.30pm to 4.00pm, or as soon as  possible after the Quarterly Draw in Clause 4.2(iv) above. 

Notwithstanding the above, Mazda reserves the right to change the location or timing of the draws without prior notice. 

4.3 The prize winners (“Winners”, and each, a “Winner”) will be notified via email and phone call using their contact details as provided to Mazda. The results of each quarterly Lucky Draw will  also be published online at https://www.mazda.com.sg on or around the following dates: 

a. Quarterly Draw for a pair of business class air tickets to Tokyo: 16 September 2025 (Tuesday); b. Quarterly Draw for a pair of business class air tickets to Osaka: 16 December 2025 (Tuesday); c. Quarterly Draw for a pair of business class air tickets to Fukuoka : 17 March 2026 (Tuesday); 

d. Quarterly Draw for a pair of business class air tickets to Tokyo : 16 June 2025 (Tuesday). 

4.4 In order to claim their respective prize, each Winner is required to present in-person to Mazda photographic proof of his or her identity (such as NRIC or passport) for verification purposes at  the Mazda showroom at 5 Ubi Close, Singapore 408605, between 9am to 5.30pm. 

4.5 Each Winner must claim his/her prize in accordance with Clause 4.4 within thirty (30) days of  the date the results of the relevant Quarterly Draw or the Grand Prize Draw (as the case may be)  are published or he/she is notified, whichever is later. Any prizes not claimed within this period shall be forfeited and the Winners of such prizes shall not be entitled to any payment or  compensation. 

4.6 Mazda reserves the right to substitute any winner subsequently found to be ineligible to  participate in the Lucky Draw with reserved finalists. 

5.0 GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

5.1 Mazda’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion and/or Lucky Draw, including but  not limited to the interpretation of the Promotion Terms and eligibility of Lucky Draw entries, shall  be final, conclusive and binding. No further correspondence will be entertained. 

5.2 Mazda reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend or amend the Lucky Draw at its sole and  absolute discretion. 

5.3 Mazda, its authorised agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents  (the “Indemnified Persons”) shall not be liable for any claim, injury, damage, loss (including  special, indirect and consequential losses), cost, expense, inconvenience or disappointment  suffered or incurred by the Customers arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, Lucky  Draw or any of the prizes presented, howsoever occurring. By participating in the Lucky Draw,  each Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Indemnified Persons from and against  any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and  expenses (including but not limited to legal fees on a full indemnity basis) arising from or in  connection with his or her participation in the Lucky Draw. 

5.4 By participating in the Lucky Draw, each Customer agrees to be bound by and to comply with  these Promotion Terms including all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications  hereto as may from time to time be made by Mazda. Mazda reserves the right to refuse entry or 

refuse to deliver a prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions as determined at its  sole and absolute discretion. 

5.5 The Promotion Terms are not intended to confer rights to any third party under the Contracts  (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any provision of these Promotion Terms, and the  operation of the said Act is hereby excluded. 

5.6 By participating in the Lucky Draw, each Customer gives consent to Mazda and their  respective related corporations, affiliates, business partners, service providers and agents to  collect, use and/or disclose his/her name and personal data and particulars, including but not  limited to, personal identification information, contact details and photographs (for identification  purposes) in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and the purposes set out in  the Mazda Data Protection Policy available at https://www.mazda.com.sg/legal or made available  to the Customer upon request, in order to conduct the Promotion and the Lucky Draw, including  the delivery of prizes (if any). 

5.7 Each Winner additionally consents to the collection, use and disclosure of his or her name,  personal data and particulars, photograph and voice by Mazda and their respective related  corporations, affiliates, business partners, service providers and agents in newspapers, radio,  social media and other media as may be determined by Mazda, and to be photographed, filmed  and/or interviewed for publicity, sales and marketing and promotional purposes in connection with  the conduct of the Lucky Draw and/or registration and delivery of the Quarterly Draw Prize or the  Grand Prize (as the case may be) to the Winner without any compensation. 

5.8 The Promotion, Lucky Draw and these Promotion Terms shall be governed by and construed  in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
